Dade Legal Aid provides free civil legal services to low-income, underserved, marginalized residents and communities in Miami-Dade County. Services are available to qualifying individuals in the areas of family law, domestic violence, guardianship, probate, bankruptcy, collections, foreclosure defense, guardian ad litem, child advocacy, and housing. Operating since 1939, we are committed to providing greater access to justice for all through zealous representation on behalf of struggling individuals, domestic violence victims, the elderly, Veterans and other vulnerable clients from diverse backgrounds, races, ethnicities and genders confronting poverty, inequities, disabilities, unlawful, unfair, deceptive, discriminatory or predatory consumer practices, wrongful eviction, human trafficking, divorce, sexual assault, dating violence and unemployment.
